In-vehicle unit includes a speed recorder and a indicator. The speeder recorder records vehicle speed compulsory all the time, and always keeps the latest 8 day's data in the memory for check.

The hand-held-reader holds by traffic police. It can be inserted to any in-vehicle-unit to read out the recorded data, or download the full records into a USB thumb disk, in order to analysis the speed-time chart with a PC.
